Hey, I'm Tahys!

In 2001, my mom brought me to the U.S. with $600 and the strongest will to make it.

No safety net. Just work ethic and resilience.

She built our life from scratch, worked nonstop, never quit. That shaped me.

After high school, I became a trainer. I loved helping people get strong. But I noticed something early:

Women weren’t failing because they lacked discipline.

They were overwhelmed, exhausted.
Following plans built for someone else’s life.

I’ve struggled too. Body image, yo-yo dieting, extreme restriction, learning balance the hard way.

That changed how I coach.

When I pivoted online and later opened a women-only studio, one thing became clear:

This is where we discuss in detail about your journey so far what you've tried, what has worked, what has not, your frustrations, your specifications all of it!

If we align, we start right away no fluff, no wastage of time!

We Assess Not Guess

You complete a detailed consultation form inside my app.

We look at:

- Your training history
- Nutrition habits
- Hormones & cycle
- Stress & sleep
- Lifestyle & schedule

You’ll complete a DEXA scan so we know your body fat %, lean muscle mass, fat mass, bone density and visceral fat and where improvements are needed.

RMR test will also be done at the same time to analyze your exact metabolic and caloric needs.

VO2Max test is also highly recommended to assess your cardiovascular health and one of the top indicators of longevity as this number significantly reduces the risk of death from all causes.

Blood Work will be done separately for comprehensive testing for biomarkers including advanced panels for heart health, hormones, thyroid, and metabolic function.

Then we set realistic, motivating goals. No generic plans. No guessing.

This is not a plain I set once and abandon - Each week we review calories, macros, energy, progress and adjust if needed to ensure that we stay on track.
