After high school, I became a trainer. I loved helping people get strong. But I noticed something early:

I’ve struggled too. Body image, yo-yo dieting, extreme restriction, learning balance the hard way.
That changed how I coach.
When I pivoted online and later opened a women-only studio, one thing became clear:
