A workout lasts about 50 minutes.
To get the best results we recommend 3-5x a week, depending on your needs and how often you can or want to work out.
No, the agreement is only a 12 week minimum agreement which is the minimum time commitment to see results. But most of our clients are long term clients and resign after 12 weeks.
