“Tahys has been an amazing help with getting me back in shape. I always need a little motivation to keep me going and she is perfect for that. She comes to my gym in my condo downtown which is a huge bonus for me. She is fun to talk to during the workouts and yet still challenges me to keep pushing. She absolutely knows her stuff. I have to admit i was a little nervous hiring a female for a trainer, nothing to be nervous at all. Amazing person and i am pretty sure she can do laps around the guys!
